  1. Leadership Day - Registration open

    Leadership Day is rapidly approaching. The keynote speakers are UC President Nancy Zimpher and Bengal great Anthony Munoz. It will be held at the OASIS Conference Center on Wednesday, May 10. Registration deadline is Friday, May 5. Check our website for program details and to register on-line, or call Susie Oliver at 513-753-9222.
     
  2. LEAD Clermont Class Project Presentations

    The LEAD Clermont Class of 2006 will present their class projects immediately following Leadership Day on Wednesday, May 10. They are scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM at the OASIS Conference Center. If you plan to attend Leadership Day, please plan to stick around to hear about the great accomplishments of this class. If you are not able to attend Leadership Day, you are welcome to join us at 2:00 PM for the presentations (there is no charge). We hope to see you there!
     
  3. Military Family Support

    Operation Spotlight Military is a day of Education, Celebration and Support for our Military and their families. It will be held on Saturday, May 20 at UC-Clermont College. We are excited to help service members and the community bridge the gap, by having a better understanding of what the needs are and how the community can help. The day will be filled with fun, information, music, food and festivities. You can visit information booths from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, and from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, and join us at 11:00 AM for an informational and inspirational Operation Spotlight Military Program, featuring keynote speaker SFC Bobby Elliott, an 18-year Army veteran currently teaching Military Science at the University of Southern California.   4. Golf Scramble - Monday, June 19, 2006

    Clermont 20/20, Inc. will hold it's annual golf scramble at the Legendary Run Golf Course on Monday, June 19, 2006. This year the driving range will open at 10:30 a.m. and Lunch will be served at 11:00 a.m. The shotgun start is at Noon, followed by a savory grilled steak & chicken dinner.   5. Clermont Senior Services Fundraiser Dance

    Debbie Siegroth, Development Director for Clermont Senior Services, invites you to join us on Saturday, April 22, 2006, as Clermont Senior Services hosts a 50's & 60's dance at the Mt. Carmel Legion Hall, Post 72. The dance will be held from 8:00 pm until 12:00 midnight at 497 Old St. Rt. 74 in Mt. Carmel. The cost will be $25 per person / $40 per couple, which includes admission, chips, pretzels, soda and beer (BYOB).

    The local band "Four On The Floor", who many of you will remember from the Hot Wax dances at Coney Island, will provide music and you can bet there will be plenty of fun and excitement as you do the Mashed Potatoes, the Watusi, Locomotion and the Twist!! There will be contests to win and special guest DJ Ernie Brown, "The Fat Man", from WGRR Oldies 103.5 radio station, will lend a hand to spin some tunes.

    So, come on and put those dancing shoes on and jitterbug the night away and plan on having a great time. Dress is casual, but feel free to dust off those blue suede shoes and poodle skirts, jeans and tee shirts, slick back your hair and join in to rock and roll all night long! There are only a limited amount of tickets available, so hurry and get your tickets now.   6. Downtown Cincinnati Survey

    Janet Metzelaar is President & Creative Director of the Loveland-based marketing research & consulting firm Beyond Data. They have designed and will provide analysis for the downtown, "How Are We Doing?" Survey sponsored by DCI. Past studies have surveyed over 1,100 area residents, including downtown property owners, employees, and suburban residents. Our goal is to increase numbers as well as broaden our reach to assure we have good representation of views across the community. The survey is available on the Downtown Cincinnati web site at www.downtowncincinnati.com.
     
  7. Gardening Angels Program at Bard Nurseries supports Clean and Green Program

    As a fundraiser for the continued effort to beautify our County, the Gardening Angels Program at Bard Nurseries will help raise money for the Clermont 20/20 Clean and Green Program. From April 10-17, 2006, 10% of any purchases made at Bard Nurseries with the attached voucher presented will help to benefit the Clermont 20/20 Clean and Green Program. The attached voucher must be presented upon purchase for it to benefit the Clermont 20/20 Clean and Green Program. Celebrate spring and support this beneficial program!

    1. How well do I treat people if I gain nothing?
    2. Am I transparent with others?
    3. Do I role-lay based on the person(s) I'm with?
    4. Am I the same person in the spotlight as I am when I'm alone?
    5. Do I quickly admit wrongdoing without being pressed to do so?
    6. Do I put people ahead of my personal agenda?
    7. Do I have an unchanging standard for moral decisions, or do circumstances determine my choices?
