Cindy Jenkins is the Executive Director of Clermont 20/20, Inc. As Director of the Leadership Development programming prior to assuming the role of Executive Director in January of 2002, she was responsible for managing the organization’s four leadership programs since April of 1998. In addition to the four leadership programs, the First Impressions Orientation Program for executives and professionals was developed while Jenkins was the Leadership Program Director. Jenkins has conducted workshops and presentations focusing on community leadership, board development, effective boardsmanship, strategic planning, organizational structure, intergenerational programming, building partnerships/collaborations, community coalition-building and caregiver support on a local, state, and national level. Further, she has facilitated strategic planning retreats and organizational audits for numerous area non-profits. Jenkins actively participates on several boards and committees, and is affiliated with a variety of organizations which include:
Recognitions include the Edward J. Parish Pacesetter Award, 2004, Clermont County Leadership Award, 2000, the Orpha Gatch Citizenship Award, 2003, the Greater Cincinnati Joint Council on Geriatric Care, Professional Achievement Award 1997, and the Ohio Association of Community Leadership - 1997 Ohio Distinguished Leadership Award. Cindy is a native of Clermont County and has one daughter, Staci, an attorney specializing in corporate immigration and employment law with Thompson Hine in downtown Cincinnati. |
