LEAD Clermont is a unique leadership opportunity designed to enhance the development
of future leaders for Clermont County. LEAD Clermont class members explore critical
issues with knowledgeable speakers, effective facilitators, and a variety of experiential
activities.
Time Commitment
- Program orientation in July
- Two-day teambuilding retreat in August
- Full-day class meetings the first Thursday of each month September through April
- Leadership Day in May
- Complete team project
- Participate in planning of one class day
- Graduation in July
Eligibility
Class members must reside or work in Clermont County for a minimum of one year and
demonstrate:
- high standards of personal quality and integrity
- sincere interest and possess a record of active involvement in community activities and issues
- an occupation or position that reflects achievement relative to age and experience
Nominations may be made through March 15. Applications must be submitted by
March 31.
