Guiding PrincipleThe Leadership Development Programs bring people together to enhance leadership skills and knowledge of the community in order to address the needs of Clermont County. From the first LEAD Clermont Class in the fall of 1992 to this day, the Leadership Development Programs, as part of Clermont 20/20, Inc., fulfill the purpose of providing the county with well-informed, motivated leaders, by bringing together leaders from across the county, studying the issues facing the county, building and maintaining a network of community leaders, and working for a better Clermont County. The Leadership Development Programs are funded through tuition, sponsorships, grants, corporate investments and individual memberships. The Advisory Council and the Program Director along with the respective Advisory Committees oversee program curriculum, participant selection, and the integrity of programs. In partnership with the University of Cincinnati, Clermont College and the Clermont Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Development Programs offer an opportunity to promote continual networking among diverse emerging and existing leaders. The five Leadership Development Programs include:
Graduates of all five programs make up the Graduate Network of Leaders, who continue to improve the quality of life in Clermont County through continued involvement with Clermont 20/20, Inc. and the community, and dedication to their Class Vision and the County Shared Vision. |
